Summer has just begun and I have already been two art walks. The first was the Whyte Ave Artwork held July 8 to 10th. The three day event was a great success thanks to great organizers, staff and security. With beautiful weather it was a fantastic event that featured around 500 artist. I did very well with new products like greeting cards along with Giclee prints of my most recent work.
This past weekend I was in Leduc for the the Art Foundry’s Art Walk. Leduc was only a one day event but with hot sunny weather there was a really good turn out of art lovers. My work drew a lot of interest and I sold some original pieces.
My next event is in Wabamum in August and then one day for the Strathearn Art Walk in September. I think I need to get busy painting some new pieces.
